All produce and flowers are raised by seed and grown on the farm -
without the use of pesticides, with the use of organic fertilizers -
and sold directly from the farm.
We start our season with Garlic Scapes every June and fresh produce
starting early July. Our fresh produce includes: tomatoes (hybrid and
Heirloom), bell and sweet peppers, hot peppers (cayenne, jalapeno, Hot
Thai, Cherry Bombs), eggplant, carrots, beets, zucchini, yellow squash,
garlic, onions, shallots, pumpkins, winter squash, and herbs. You will
also find an array of fresh cut herbs and flowers, dried flowers and
mums.
We currently focus on one variety of hardneck garlic: German White,
known for is pungent flavor and large cloves - a favorite of our customers.
Our garlic crop is harvested every mid-July. Fresh garlic will be available
in mid-July, and cured garlic will be available August through October.
We also sell our garlic, onions and shallots in bulk 10 pound bags.
